Claudine Umulisa
Claudine Umulisa is experienced in handbag product development and finished good quality, beginning with sampling all the way through to production. Driven by achievements and collaborating with team members, she takes pride in taking ownership of her department. As a Production and Customer Support Manager, her goals include production, planning, delivering good quality products in a timely manner, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Claudine is a graduate of Davis College, Akilah Institute, where she majored in Information Systems and Leadership and currently lives in Gisozi, Rwanda. When she is not at Abahizi Rwanda, you can find her busy spending time with family or friends.
Josee Uwimana
Production Manager
Josée Uwimana
Josée Uwimana is an experienced Production Manager. Driven by coordinating and leading teams to achieve daily production targets, she takes pride in providing quick and sustainable solutions. As an assistant production manager, her responsibilities include conducting daily production meetings, developing daily production planning, and reporting. In addition to her primary job functions, Josee is the current president of MCVFC.
Josée is a graduate of Karenge Secondary School, where she majored in Accounting. She currently lives in Masoro and when she is not at Abahizi Rwanda, you can find her busy spending time with her family.

Peace Uwimbabazi
Peace Uwimbabazi is exceptional in driving social impact and enhancing customer experiences. Driven by a strong desire to make a difference in the community, she takes pride in providing the best positive impact possible. Her goals as a Social Impact Manager include driving meaningful change and maximizing social impact initiatives. In addition, to her primary job functions, Peace has been recognized by Abahizi Rwanda for her extraordinary commitment to bringing innovative solutions.
Peace is a graduate of Mount Kenya University where she majored in Biomedical Laboratory Sciences. Peace currently lives in Kamonyi. When Peace is not at Abahizi Rwanda, you can find her spending time with her family.
Desire Shimwa Ndaribitse is an experienced Technician in Total Productive Maintenance, Mechanical Design, and Industrial Safety. Driven by creativity and problems solving, he takes pride in providing preventive measures for any machine breakdown that may occur.
As a Mechanical engineering manager, his goals include becoming a Computer-Aided Designer (CAD), a modern manufacturing expert in Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM), and an electromechanical expert. In addition, to his primary job functions, Desire has been recognized by Abahizi Rwanda for his extraordinary commitment to ensuring that the technical team is empowered and equipped with all resources needed in their daily.
Desire is a graduate of RP/ IPRC KIGALI, where he majored in Production and Manufacturing Technology. Desire currently lives in Kicukiro District. When Desire is not at Abahizi Rwanda, you can find him busy in learning new technologies of manufacturing, doing sports with friends, and working out.

Grace Ishimwe is an experienced Assistant accountant; Peer Educator and she is certified in First Aid training. Driven by her love of working, she takes pride in providing the best in life skills training sharing her knowledge in finance with the rest of the artisans. As an Assistant Accountant, her goals include supporting the accountant with administrative tasks such as basic bookkeeping and filling as she aspires to be an internationally certified accountant. In addition, to her primary job functions, Grace has been recognized by Abahizi Rwanda for her extraordinary commitment to constant improvement caused by her willingness to always learn new things.
Grace is a graduate of the University of Kigali, School of Accounting and Finance where she majored in Business Management and Economics, and currently lives in Rulindo District, Masoro Sector. When she is not in Abahizi Rwanda, you can find her busy working out and cooking.
Alphonsine Mukeshimana
Raw Materials and Logistics Assistant Manager
Alphonsine Mukeshimana
Alphonsine Mukeshimana is an experienced Raw Material and Logistics Assistant Manager. Driven by providing clients with excellent customer service, she takes pride in completing shipping documents and exporting finished goods. As an assistant manager in charge of packaging and logistics, her responsibilities include coordinating the packaging team, preparing and printing carton labels, managing packaging inventory, ensuring the quality of packaging materials and processes meets our client’s standards, completing packaging documentation, and exporting finished goods. In addition, to her primary job functions, Alphonsine is the current advisor to the Masoro Community Vendor Facility Cooperative (MCVFC).
Alphonsine is a graduate of the University of Technology and Arts of Byumba (UTAB), where she majored in Management Development and Accounting. Alphonsine currently lives in Masoro, Rulindo and when she is not at Abahizi Rwanda, you can find her busy taking care of her family.

Product Development and Engineering Sr. Coordinator
Jeanne Uwineza
Jeanne Uwineza is an experienced Product Development and Engineering Senior Coordinator. Driven by creating efficient and organized work systems and processes, she quality checks, inspects, records, and manages incoming raw material inventory. Jeanne plays an integral role in overseeing and managing raw material distribution to production, communicating liability material reports, arranging supermarkets and maintaining warehouse Kanban supplies on a season basis, allocating the raw materials for training purposes, and assisting raw materials manager in all outbound and inbound processes. She takes pride in ensuring all raw materials are up to client standards and are available for production.
Jeanne is a graduate of the University of technology and Arts of Byumba (UTAB), where she majored in Accounting. Jeanne currently lives in Rulindo district and when she is not at Abahizi Rwanda, you can find her at her home doing household activities.

Quality Control and Lean Manufacturing Sr. Coordinator
Vedaste Nizeyumuremyi
Vedaste Nizeyumuremyi is experienced in Lean Manufacturing and Quality Control. Driven by the collaboration and achievements of his team members, he takes pride in providing the best communication and sustainable solutions possible. As a Lean Manufacturing and Quality Control senior coordinator, his goals include working with his team to improve their time management and advance their skills in product development. In addition, to his/her primary job functions, Vedaste has been recognized by Abahizi Rwanda for his extraordinary commitment to his business projects that are benefiting Masoro community.
Vedaste is a graduate of St Joseph polytechnic Muyanza, where he majored in Tailoring. Before joining Abahizi Rwanda, he was a teacher at a Polytechnic School. He lives in Rulindo district Masoro sector. When Vedaste is not at Abahizi Rwanda, you can find him/her busy working out, taking videos and photos, reading books, and having fun with friends and family.

Simon Pierre Isabane is an experienced Production Senior Coordinator. Driven by his organizational skills, he takes pride in providing the best production solutions possible. As a Production Coordinator, his goals include production planning, overseeing daily production work, leading Abahizi artisan Group Leaders, and advising them for reaching production targets. In addition, to his primary job functions, Simon Pierre has been recognized by Abahizi Rwanda for his extraordinary commitment to providing the best advice and directions to his team members.
Simon Pierre is a graduate of Masoro Secondary school, where he majored in English, French, and Kinyarwanda. Simon Pierre currently lives in Rulindo District Masoro Sector. When Simon Pierre is not at Abahizi Rwanda, you can find him busy visiting friends, preaching the good news, and traveling.
Pierre Nshimiyumuremyi
Mechanical Engineering Sr. Coordinator
Pierre Nshimiyumuremyi
Pierre Nshimiyumuremyiis an experienced stitching machine repairer and some other machine maintenance, driven by teamwork, he takes pride in providing the best to resolve any technical problem that arises in production. As a senior coordinator in the Total Productive Maintenance department (TPM) his goals include becoming an experienced technician on modern stitching machines and being a role model for young technicians. In addition, to his primary job functions, Pierre has been recognized by Abahizi Rwanda for his extraordinary commitment to teamwork and his willingness for sharing his knowledge with his team.
He is a beneficiary of government vocational training where he was trained and acquired skills in machine maintenance and repair. Pierre currently lives in the Gasabo district, Kinyinya Sector. When Pierre is not in Abahizi Rwanda, you can find him/her busy with his family, and exploring new technology.
