Our Social Enterprise Approach

We are deeply about our products and those who make them. We create quality handbags and fashion accessories by combining beautiful craftsmanship, handcrafted detailing, and an empowered approach to production. We weave our values into our work with every stitch.

We are a CMT factory that uses lean operating principles to produce some of the world's highest quality handbags and fashion accessories and have been working with international fashion brands for over seven years.

Our factory is owned by the 300+ artisans of the Masoro Community Vendor Facility Cooperative (MCVFC), ~ 90% of whom are women. Along with ongoing technical trainings on product design and development, we also deliver a customized Life Skills Empowerment Program that provides counseling, financial literacy, English, computer literacy, health, and leadership skills to all employees.

Our employees are leaders of positive change in our community. They are also reinvesting back into the local economy.
