Our entire Life Skills Empowerment Program is structured to benefit individuals, as well as their entire families. We also open certain trainings up to our employees’ families directly. Our health peer educators are provided with the tools to share their knowledge with people in their community.

Disposable income allows many of our employees access to higher or enhanced education opportunities for their family members. Providing this last mile of access to educational opportunities lifts up the next generation of our community.

One of the first things many of the women in our factory do upon receiving their salary is purchasing the land they are living on, or build a home. Building a home is a dream that many of our employees never considered a possibility. Along with building new homes, many are hiring neighbors to conduct home improvements and have reported having seen improvements in water, access to electricity, and road infrastructure in their communities in the last year.
